"Beautiful Kitchens and Baths"
Perimeters Salesman Bob Wolfram, Certified Kitchen
Designer, had a mission: deliver a great kitchen for
interior designer Jeffrey Rosen’s own large spec home,
with all the requested design features, and keep it within
a moderate budget.

Wolfram researched the best way to attain the interior
designer’s goal without sacrificing quality, and suggested
Tedd Wood Luxury frameless custom cabinetry for this
project. The cost savings achieved with this selection, as
well as competitive pricing from Perimeters, helped
Wolfram win the job.

For this kitchen, Wolfram recommended a recessed
panel door with concealed hinges, finished with the
client’s custom paint color.  A cost saving suggestion
from Wolfram was to keep the top of the cabinetry at
96” high, despite a higher ceiling that could have allowed
taller cabinets.

Rosen had a good idea of where he wanted the cabinets
and the appliances to be positioned, but hadn’t
developed a detailed floor plan when he first met with
Wolfram. “Working with another design professional
like Jeffrey Rosen made my life so much easier!” said
Wolfram.  “We didn’t need to establish a new
vocabulary, or have detailed explanations about cabinet
construction, door styles, or finishes.”

A well designed floor plan was prepared to show the
design details, complete with perspective views. After
the second meeting with the client, “fine tuning” was
done, the remaining details were worked out, and the
cabinetry was ordered. The end result was a stunning
kitchen with quality cabinetry that suited the client’s
style and budget.

While Wolfram and Rosen worked on the layout and
design of the space, the installation rested in the hands of
Rosen’s spec house partner Gerard Mingino, General
Contractor.   Selecting a contractor like Mingino, whose
skills and experience have been honed with many past
kitchen installation projects, is one of the keys to a
successful project . “This is the sixth house I have
worked on with Gerard as the general contractor,” said
Rosen.  “We work well together, his crew does a great
job making my designs come to life.”

With the assistance of the contractor and his crew, Bob
Wolfram CKD was able to meet the challenge of
delivering a custom kitchen, within a clearly defined
budget, right on schedule.
